When Technicolor’s parent company selected SAP as its’ global ERP platform and Guadalajara as the initial implementation site, Kevin was recruited as the global program lead.
- Assessed global requirements, drafted RFP and developed $5M budget
- Selected IBM as global implementation partner, secured budget & 9-month timeline for project and built team of 30 from IBM, Technicolor and 3rd party specialists

- Redesigned supply chain processes and trained over 1,000 employees enabling facility to grow from 4 manufacturing lines to 100 while reducing unit costs by 20%
