Joe is a JD/MBA with 20 years experience representing clients with complex business and financial transactions, including public/private securities transactions, M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, private equity and debt financings, IP protection, licensing, corporate formation and governance. Joe previously served in General Counsel and Corporate Development roles for Sony Connect and DECA, respectively, where he sourced and negotiated music and video digital distribution deals. Prior to his corporate roles, Joe worked for several top tier national law firms. Joe received his BA from Cornell University in Applied Economics and Business Management, his JD from Loyola Law School and his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC.
